Singh targets Ali and Ravalaca in 2024

Boxer Nathan Singh says he is ready to face Mohammad Ali in March and will definitely fight Mikaele Ravalaca after that.

Singh, currently ranked Number 2 without holding a title, is looking to cement his position in the boxing world with these high-profile fights.

In an interview with FijiLive, Singh shared his strategy for the upcoming fight with Ali.

“Mohammad Ali is a tough competitor. He may not have much boxing ability, but he is strong. However, his defense isn’t very good, so I’ll focus more on my power,” said Singh.

His attention is also firmly on Ravalaca, who challenged Singh after knocking out Farzan Ali in July earlier this year.

“Right after the Mohammad Ali fight, Mikaele Ravalaca is next,” Singh declared, addressing the public’s interest and his own ambitious goals.

“I have been working more on my ratings, and I will take those two fights, I don’t care if it’s a belt or just a contest,”

“They might be stronger or more powerful, but when it comes to the ring, brains do most of the work. I don’t believe there’s any fighter in Fiji with the same boxing abilities as me,” he stated.

Looking ahead to 2024, Singh revealed plans to expand his career beyond Australia.

“2024 is very important for me, me and my manager are working on something,”

Singh also discussed his future, acknowledging the life beyond boxing.

“I have two kids to look after and maybe I’ll give boxing another 24 months and then retire,” he said, indicating his intention to transition into a career as a nutritionist post-boxing.
