A try by Flying Fijians forward Albert Tuisue helped Gloucester beat Bordeaux 22-17 in their European Champions Cup match today.
The burly Fijian came on in the second half to put on a barnstorming performance and score in the 63rd minute beginning the fight back.
The hosts trailed 5-17 at the break as the visitors ran in two tries through prop Sipili Falatea and loose man Tom Willis with fly-half Zack Holmes adding two conversions and a penalty to cement a gallant lead.
Gloucester scrum-half Stephen Varney scored a try for the side in the first forty.
The home-side overcame their French counterparts adding 17 points with tries from Sanitago Socino, Charlie Chapman and pivot Santiago Carreras adding one coversion to claim the victory and bonus points.
