A woman has died while the search continues for two young children after they were swept away by strong current whilst fishing in the Korociri River yesterday.
According to Police, the unfortunate event occurred after 1pm.
The 59-year-old victim’s body was recovered a few meters from where they were last seen while the search for the two children aged 8 and 7 is currently underway.
