In a strategic move to fortify its position as a global outsourcing hub, Outsource Fiji recently concluded a comprehensive cybersecurity training program for 30 professionals to equip them with the skills necessary to ensure the utmost security of client data.

The initiative, funded by Outsource Fiji, was conducted by The Knowledge Academy, one of the world’s largest providers of classroom and online training courses, accredited by renowned exam institutions such as Axelos, BCS, Microsoft, The Open Group, and APMG.

Outsource Fiji’s executive director, Sagufta Janif while congratulating the participants emphasized the organization’s commitment to investing in people of Fiji’s outsourcing ndustry, stating, “As we move towards achieving the goals of our 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, we aim to continuously work towards creating opportunities for our people to access to a high- quality workforce, and cybersecurity is a key pillar in achieving this goal.”

“Our recent investment in training underscores our dedication to staying ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape.”

“The outsourcing industry, integral to the global digital economy, handles vast amounts of sensitive information on behalf of clients. In this context, cybersecurity plays a pivotal role in maintaining the trust and confidence of clients.”
