Tuisova, Veredamu score in Lyon win

Flying Fijians winger Josua Tuisova and former France 7s rep Tavite Veredamu scored a try each to help Lyon beat Pau 21-12 in the French Top 14 at the Stade du Hameau today.

An outstanding defensive effort from the visitors saw them race in three tries while denying Pau all attempts to cross the line.

Tuisova scored the first try of the match with flyhalf Leo Berdeu converting.

Pau flyhalf Zack Henry kicked two penalties to keep them close 7-6 at the breather.

Henry added two more penalties at the start of the second half which was their final points of the match.

The wolves sealed the win with two more tries to hooker Liam Coltman followed by Veredamu, with both tries converted by scrum-half Jena-Marc Doussain.
