Fijian Captain, Roy Krishna achieved a milestone yesterday by playing his 100th Indian Super League match.
Krishna took the field for leaders Odisha FC and scored a goal in their 2-1 loss to Chennaiyin FC, a result which ended their 13-match winning streak.
Ankit Mukherjee scored the first goal for Chennaiyin FC in the 6th minute of play while Krishna equalised in the 78th.
In the dying moments of the game, Jordan Murray salvaged the vital winner for his team to reignite their ISL playoff hopes.
Odisha FC remain at the top spot in the ISL 2023-24 table with 35 points from 18 games, while Mumbai City FC have taken the second place with 35 points from 17 matches.
Krishna also tops the goal-scoring chart this season and has so far netted 12 goals in the competition.
