Korovuto beauty, Ashlin Prasad finished in the Top 10 at the Queen of International Tourism pageant in Manila, Philippines.
The 18-year-old Swami Vivekananda College student despite showing great confidence on stage and tackling the question and answer round well, failed to progress further in the contest.
Prasad said the experience of participating on an international platform was incredibly rewarding and taught her a great deal about perseverance, grace, and the importance of cultural representation.
“I am immensely grateful to the organisers for their dedication and for creating an environment that celebrated diversity and empowerment.”
“To those aspiring in this career, I urge you to embrace every opportunity with courage and to remain authentic. The journey is as enriching as the destination itself.”
“I would say: embrace every opportunity with open arms and a willing heart. Believe in yourself, stay true to your values, and remember that the journey is as important as the destination. The experiences you gain, the people you meet, and the challenges you overcome will shape you into a stronger and more resilient individual.”
