Overwhelmed with emotion, Parvati spoke about her journey.
“Achieving these gold medals is just so overwhelming for me, all my hard work over these three years has paid off.”
She opened up about her challenging past, coming from a humble background in Nepani where she faced hardships, including the traumatic experience of her house burning down.
“I didn’t have anything left but now through my hard work, dedication, and my parents’ support I have achieved this.”
Parvati also spoke about the broader impact of her achievements,
“By God’s will I am holding this gold medal and have made my family proud and also the women who look up to me.”
“I think it’s also an inspiration to all the youths and women to dream big, do something that they want to do and achieve it. All will come true when you believe in yourself, If I can do it then you can do it,” she stated.
