Nadroga’s head coach Varun Karan says the team is gearing up to strengthen its defense for the crucial match against Rewa this Sunday.
With Rewa having an impressive run, remaining unbeaten and gearing up for the O-League, Karan is well aware of the challenge ahead.
“Rewa is obviously a very experienced and fit team,” he said while recognizing the need for his team to step up their game.
“We’ll prepare for them accordingly and we’ll see what happens on the day.”
The stallions have shown impressive form and consistency throughout the first five rounds of the DFPL, currently sitting in 3rd place with 8 points.
Meanwhile, Rewa leads the points table, unbeaten with 13 points.
Nadroga will take on Rewa at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori, with the match kicking off at 1 pm.
